I say:
Maybe I shouldn’t have made bacon right before trying this. The aroma was lacking on this beer. As far as taste, I could actually drink it. It is, indeed, light in body, despite being a black beer. It’s also kind of watery… but it could be a good chuggin’ beer (i.e. – CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! CHUG! CHUG!) After a few sips, the flavor builds, and gives way to the slight chocolate/coffee flavor hanging out in the background.
